Artisan Lamp is committed to delivering your purchases efficiently. This shipping and return policy is applicable to all orders for delivery within Canada.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Our shipping rates are all-inclusive, covering shipping, import taxes, and duty fees for any province in Canada. These shipping rates are shown at the time of checkout and are a one-time-fee.
- If ordering with an agent and using a draft order, the shipping fee will also be all inclusive.
- All shipments will ship by UPS International Ground*.
3. Processing and Delivery
- Standard processing times apply.
- You can find the lead times per type of product you are ordering on the product page.
- If ordering multiple items, the longest lead time is the lead time for the full order.
- Orders will always be processed and shipped as the full and complete order.
- We cannot do fast shipping of hardware or bulbs for international orders.
- If there is a delay, we will do our best to reach out to you.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days to ensure a full refund on taxes paid.
- A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns processed after 30 days to cover taxes paid.
- Exchanges must be of similar or lesser value; exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Returns must be authorized.
